“Unfair refund process”

I’m still waiting for my refund because they make the process more difficult than the amount involved, and the outdoor seating area was lacking.

“Wouldn't stay there again from cleanliness, salty food and spices to loud night club music.”

At first the hotel was nice and quiet since had traveled for work it was good. 1. My room bathroom side was very dirty not properly cleaned. 2. The food was very salt and spicy from breakfast to dinner. Everything had so much salt and so much spices you couldn't even eat it. Even asked for them not to put spices or too much salt but nothing changed. Ate the food the first 2 days but stopped ordering there ended up eating out for the rest of the 6 days i stayed there. 3. Friday - Sunday its a nigh club. Loud music you cant sleep. If you want to stay there and have traveled for work dont stay from Friday- Sunday. Proper night club/shabeen loud music and they switch if off around 12 midnight

“Relaxing, calming, peaceful and exceptional”

The area was quiet, the staff were absolutely friendly, the food was excellent, and the room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable. The only downside was that no light entered our room, so we had to keep the lights on all day, which we understood was mainly due to the room’s positioning.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly, but you could only bring drinks or food from outside into the room.

“Dissapointing”

The hotel was close to my final destination, but the room was cramped and clearly under maintenance. The walls were not fully painted, the bathroom fixtures were loose, and there were no in‑room dining facilities like a plate or cutlery if you didn’t want to use the restaurant. The room also lacked a dustbin and many of the lights didn’t work.
