The hotel was clean, quiet, and standard, located near Santa Cruz. Breakfast was good, the staff friendly, and the room spacious and simple. The beach was within walking distance. Most guests were German‑speaking. We used the hotel only briefly as a stop before departure. Everything was fine.

I liked everything: the calm pool with the lifeguard doing a good job, attentive to everyone. The waiters were very kind, the cleaning ladies also very friendly, and the staff at the reception were wonderful. Thank you for the picnic they prepared because we took the boat very early and couldn’t have breakfast. Excellent all, the hotel very beautiful inside. Thank you for everything, I will definitely return. Thank you. I liked everything, I cannot say otherwise.

The resort is pure jungle, we loved it! The big pool, comfortable beds, nice staff, variety at breakfast… everything was really wonderful.

The hotel is on the first line, the grounds are well maintained, and the food is good — that’s why what happened was especially disappointing and unpleasant. On the last day of our stay, money was stolen from our room: we had packed our bags and gone out for breakfast; the room was locked, but when we returned, we found the bag open and all the cash gone — from the wallet and from other pockets in the bag. At reception, they showed us the lock’s history: according to the system, no one else had opened the door. However, we immediately learned that this lock can be easily opened with a regular plastic card — you just need to slide it under the latch. There are no video surveillance cameras either in the corridor or on the terraces (from where you can also access the room). This means that, in practice, guests’ safety is not ensured. The administration offered no compensation and made no effort to help us in any other way or to assist with the investigation. The receptionist only suggested that we go to the police on our own; they didn’t even help us call them. We had little time before our flight, but we still managed to go to the station and file a report. There, we were told that similar incidents had already been recorded at this hotel before. So, the administration is aware of the problem but takes no action: they neither change the locks nor install video surveillance cameras. Another significant inconvenience: the rooms are very stuffy and have no air conditioning; opening the windows doesn’t help, especially on hot days. The incident completely ruined our experience. We ask future guests to be very careful: the hotel does not guarantee the safety or integrity of your belongings. The administration should replace the locks, install video surveillance cameras in the corridors and on the terraces, and provide air conditioning in the rooms.
