We were very happy! The welcome was perfect, the place is very quiet and only a few minutes from the center of Pesaro. The new, well‑maintained structure and the very good breakfast made it all the better.

A short stay, but a beautiful memory. The Casa nel Parco is a place surrounded by the green of Monte San Bartolo, simple, well‑kept and equipped with everything you need to feel comfortable. The real value of this place is Emilio and Cinzia, two extraordinary hosts who welcomed us with a kindness and attention that are truly rare. Cinzia pampered us every morning with wonderful breakfasts, homemade pastries and, if we wanted, scrambled eggs. We appreciated every small touch, like citronella candles and a spontaneous evening when we had an outdoor dinner. We felt truly welcomed, almost like home. The silence, the trees, the fresh air and the serenity of the place complete the experience. We left knowing we had met not just a beautiful property, but two special people. We will definitely return. ❤️

There are (rare) people who give back to humanity, and the owners of this place are among them. With unmatched kindness and availability, they love to host, and it shows: they show genuine interest in the people they welcome and the exchanges are smooth and very enjoyable. The breakfasts – which they prepare themselves – are hearty and varied. Each room has its own private access and a parking spot within the property. The house is also very well located, a haven of peace in the forest yet only 5–10 minutes by car from the city center. In short, I loved it and will come back for the next Rossini Opera Festival editions! Thank you for everything. Nothing. Some might consider that the rooms overlooking the common area where breakfast is taken have a few faint noises in the morning from 8 am. Nevertheless, that wasn’t bothersome for me; it matched the “home” spirit of the place and was perfect for my wake‑up time.
