The room/suite was spacious and well equipped. Outside the entrance, there were tidy seating areas that were unfortunately dirty, with the floor covered in grime, cigarette butts, food crumbs, and traces of spilled drinks. The reception was ignored when I raised these concerns.

The bed was pretty comfy. There was pubic hair on the sink, toilet, and shower—clearly the room wasn’t cleaned properly, which was very disappointing and not worth what I paid.

Close to the Amtrak station. I thought it was too pricey, especially as a senior on a limited Social Security income. It was comfortable and had good restaurants nearby. The breakfast entrée was very good, which was a big plus. A lower rate for seniors would be nice!

The front‑desk staff were clean and quiet. Breakfast was good. Room 103 had a slightly musty smell.
