The POD had everything we needed, but the eating options were very limited. The nearest café closed its last meals at 4 pm, and the next nearest pub was about 40 km away. Thankfully we had sandwich ingredients, fruit, and yoghurt for breakfast.

The pod was larger than expected and even had a washing machine. The bed was very comfortable, and there was a proper sofa and dining table, plus a good shower. The online description said the pod had an “oven,” but it didn’t; instead it had an air fryer, which isn’t the same when you’re trying to cook a pizza in an oven.

It was a very comfortable and well-appointed place to spend the evening, easy to find, very welcoming, and the hosts were wonderful; I was surprised by how roomy it was, the shower was great, everything was spotless, and you have everything you need to enjoy your stay. I have nothing to complain about, but if I’m being picky I’d suggest local shower/shampoo products for the bathroom.

It’s a lovely pod, bigger than the ones we’ve stayed in before, very comfortable, and has all the amenities you need; Kelley and her family were very friendly and helpful.
