“disappointing.”
The woman who helped me and my family check in was helpful but not very forthcoming with information I feel we should have been aware of. The room itself is nice for business/short stays. Not ideal for family stays or romantic vacations away from home. The room was nice but don't seem clean. I went behind them and cleaned my room upon check in just to make sure it was clean. They require you to bring your towels to them instead of them actually cleaning the room and gathering towels. They only clean their rooms every 7 days while units are occupied. Very unsanitary in my opinion. No amenities whatsoever. No pool, no continental breakfast. Nothing. I did voice this to The manager who was super rude about it all, she ended cutting me off and saying it's their policy. Sucks for them. I'll never be back

I appreciate the layout of the double room and the kitchen it includes. However, the shower had almost no water pressure, hot water took a long time to heat, the bathroom door didn’t shut or lock, and the AC was ineffective, making the rooms hot. There was no fan in the bedroom, and our room key was disabled before we checked out. While moving our belongings to the car, we had to leave someone in the room to avoid being locked out.
“Needed a bed & shower”
The price was good, but the location was inconvenient.

“Climbing four levels of stairs with no discount is ridiculous”
I liked the room, but the elevators were broken so I had to climb the stairs to the 4th floor; having to walk up four levels every time I left my room made me very unhappy and I would have avoided rooms on that floor.
