The lobby with the piano bar was nice, the pool was a good size and the pool bar was great. The pool depth was far too shallow for most people, which is unusual nowadays; the mattress on the bed was awful, the bathroom bin was rusty and broken, showing a lack of attention to detail; cleaning was just average.

The spot is perfect, on the edge of the busier parts of the island yet still calm. Mid‑stay the hotel was renovating the pool bar, the temporary setup was subpar, drinks were overpriced, and the Piano Bar was poorly organized with long wait times and confused staff.

The food was good, the location welcoming, overall a very good hotel. The scramble for sunbeds was a downside.

The staff were excellent, breakfast was very good, beach access was great—ideal for kids! The area was huge and I kept getting lost; I was only there one night so I didn’t find anything else to dislike.
