The location is nice, a pleasant walk to the city, and the view from the hotel is good. The staff’s organization of the processes—breakfast, restaurant, and bar services—could use improvement.

The new and clean rooms are nice, but the back room has no view. It gets very hot at night because there’s no air conditioning. Breakfast is slow, and the waiter keeps forgetting what you’ve ordered.

The room offers a stunning view of the mountains, the breakfast area is beautiful, the staff were very friendly and attentive, the sauna area was also very nice, and there’s a large outdoor parking area at the back of the hotel. Nothing.

“Le rapport qualité prix est décevant”

The location and surroundings were perfect, and the gym, though small, had good equipment and a nice spa. However, the room was 26 °C when we called because it was too hot and the AC wasn’t working; the staff suggested opening the window at night. We stayed with the high temperature all through our stay, and the view from the room window was of the trash cans— I even took a photo, though it wasn’t representative in the morning.
