The place was spotless in every way; the rooms, especially the bathroom, were spacious and bright. The staff were helpful and always friendly, and the breakfast was excellent for the price. The only downside was that the wellness area, though large and clean, was too warm.

The staff were friendly and flexible, and the breakfast was available from 7 am, which was convenient given the proximity to the city center.

The central location was great, and the room was generous and clean. However, the reception staff performed their duties with little enthusiasm, making guests feel unwelcomed; when the cleaning lady damaged a TV cable and the TV stopped working, the receptionist simply shrugged and said she had no idea how to fix it, leaving the TV unusable for the rest of the stay.

We felt very comfortable at the hotel; the rooms were very clean and the breakfast was excellent, and the location was perfect. One small suggestion: perhaps a mirror could be added to the room.
