The location was fine, but the property was filthy, the dishes were unclean, flies swarmed everywhere, the bathrooms were disgusting, and after day two the place ran out of toilet paper with nobody refilling it. I was locked out twice, the staff didn’t answer my calls, and I had to rely on other guests to let me in.

Nothing worth mentioning. The staff member was absent at 6:30 pm and said he wouldn’t return for over an hour. When I asked to cancel, he insisted it was non‑refundable. I tried calling and messaging, but he never replied, and the booking site’s messages went unanswered too. After calling the platform for help, they said they could do nothing. I lost my 3‑night reservation. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

The room had a closed window with nails and a padlock; the person in charge said he’d check the issue, but later stopped answering calls and messages, so the problem remained unresolved after four days with only one window shut.

The location and the apartment itself are nice, clean and tidy. Unfortunately there was no toilet paper, the showers were always a bit dirty, and the apartment is very drafty, so the creaky doors and parquet floor make you get woken up quite often.
