“Hôtel pas suffisamment central”

The historic building and its interior design, with a restaurant hall, a central staircase and side galleries, really caught my eye. However, the room felt a bit cramped for a “king‑size supérieure.” The hotel sits just behind the main train station, surrounded by a lot of homeless people; a nearby women’s shelter is a few steps away, which feels out of place for a 5‑star property. Even though public transport is close, getting to the main sights takes about 20 minutes.

“Great value for money, pleasant stay, 20 minutes on foot till the House of Parliament”

The place was super cozy, the breakfast was excellent, the small spa center was nice, and the rooftop restaurant was amazing.

The hotel and rooms were quirky and comfortable. Smoking was allowed on the Sky Terrace while dining, which was annoying.

Large room Nice bathroom Spa facilities Friendly staff Rooftop bar. On the expensive side Be careful of all the added charges in Budapest ! Extended my stay and had to move room. More expensive, but 2 single beds rather than a double. No turn down or maid service after the first night
