The location was overall pretty good; we could reach all main areas of Istanbul easily. The only downside was that Taksim square sits on a hill, so you always have to go down and up :D Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of food to try. The staff were very helpful as well. Our windows weren’t properly insulated, and even though it was very warm, noise from nearby restaurants was quite loud.

The reception service was very pleasant, but the breakfast didn’t taste good and the selection was limited—mostly sweets and cakes, little savory options. My sister also lost her gold ring (it was on the table in a leopard‑colored cosmetic bag); has it turned up with you?

The location was fantastic, just steps from tram, metro and buses right in the heart of Istiklal. Our room was fully functional, fitted with brand‑new furniture and air‑conditioning. The staff were extremely welcoming and helped us with everything. We managed to check in four hours early and they offered to store our luggage until we left for the airport on departure day. Breakfast was superb, offering a wide variety that changed daily. We would recommend this hotel without hesitation and will definitely return.
