The restaurant staff were very welcoming, but no explanations were given at check‑in, and for the hotel night price, the spa could have been included without extra cost.

Dat ik het hotel kon verlaten. Ik heb zeer lang moeten wachten op mijn bestelling in de lounge. Daarnaast werd er niet gevraagd naar of het heeft gesmaakt. Ook eventueel iets anders nig aanbieden was er niet bij. Geen dessert of wat dan ook. Na bijna 1 1/2 uur was ik er wel klaar mee. Tjonge wat hadden ze het druk. Daarnaast een ober gezien due mensen naar hun plek begeleide met een tandenstoker in zijn mond. Zeer onhygiënisch. Een andere ober zij dat hij apart was en dus voor hem normaal. Daarnaast bij het uitchecken moest ik bijna weer moeten betalen voor het peperdure ontbijt. Heel raar. Dit is de laatste keer dat ik daar overnacht
