Everything was wrong. The address was incorrect. At arrival I was handed a phone immediately and the boss said he had no room, even though our booking was accepted. No prior notice or any other contact. The staff and the boss were rude, ignored us, and wouldn’t help in any way. Ridiculous! Because of this incident we had to find another stay, which was very difficult due to a religious holiday. The 5th stay had a place where we were warmly welcomed.

The first visit was fantastic, but this time the lift was damaged, the bathroom bucket was broken, and overall it wasn’t clean.

Nothing to commend; the rooms were pathetic. Even the railway station platform or footpath feels better. Cleaning was terrible, with a bad smell everywhere, and the bathroom was the worst part.
