The design of the place is spot on, with plenty of stylish furnishings and a keen eye for detail that the owner keeps up without being overbearing. As an older man with limited mobility, a staff member would appear out of nowhere to help me up or down even a single step. I can’t think of any constructive criticism for this property!

The gardens are gorgeous and impeccably kept, and the spa massages rank among the best we’ve experienced in Indonesia. One word for the hygiene: terrible—bed linens were dirty with small bloodstains and bedbugs. At the pool, towels on the sunbeds weren’t changed after guests left; a couple had been lying on them all morning in the blazing sun, sweating. When they finally left, the pool staff waited 10 minutes for the towels to dry, then casually sniffed them, rolled them up, and placed them back on the sunbeds as if they were fresh. Other guests, unaware, thought they received new towels. When we mentioned this to reception, they acted as if it was normal.

Kleine Bungalowanlage inmitten eines wunderschönen Palmengartens. Unglaublich freundliche Mitarbeiter; toller Spabereich; außergewöhnlich gutes Frühstück! Ein Traum ist die Außendusche im Bungalow. Die Yogastunde ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen. Der Strandabschnitt ist leider nicht schön. Steine im Wasser, Baden nur mit Badeschuhen möglich. Die Gegend um Senggigi ist leider sehr trostlos. Da ist es im Süden von Lombok deutlich schöner!
