The young men at check‑in during the day were friendly and helpful, but that was the only positive thing; the night staff were incredibly loud and inconsiderate, playing music, hosting visitors, and talking loudly throughout almost every night with no regard for guests. The bathroom was tiny, old, and had broken items. The linen had stains that suggested it hadn’t been washed properly, and the mattress was too hard and old to be comfortable.

The staff were very good and the room was clean; even after we checked out and returned for our luggage, our clothes were wet so they gave us a room to change and relax a bit. Overall it was a very good experience and good value for money.

The staff here are polite and take care of everything. Even though I stayed alone, I felt safe.
