Right in the middle of downtown, easy to reach, and you can use the two‑hour free parking right in front of the accommodation. There is no after‑hours contact, which made it difficult for us because we checked in late and checked out early in the morning and couldn’t get any call support after hours.

The pool, location, and overall room were acceptable. The three pillows were too thin and the mattress wasn’t firm enough for us. The woman’s gruff tone when we asked about not being able to connect to the internet, and when we asked a question about the Kuranda rail tour, was rude. She couldn’t finish with us quickly enough and was not very courteous in responding to our queries.

I loved how close everything was to the hotel, but I had to stumble into bed without a bedside lamp, which made it a bit dark.
