The waterpark was nice for kids to play, but the apartment room curtains were dusty, dirty and sticky.

The staff were friendly and the location was good 😁, yet the price of the theme park and the timing were disappointing.

Everything was excellent. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and always greeted us with a smile. Their warm and attentive service made the whole experience even more pleasant. The lift had a problem: the door opened halfway and the lift seemed to be hanging or stuck for a while before finally reaching the lobby safely.

The room was roomy with a balcony and the view was stunning, facing the lake and golf course. The kids loved the hotel a lot, and there were many activities to choose from: a water theme park with a discount voucher for hotel guests, outdoor games like ATV, archery, paintball. The survival park was a little bit run down.
