The mattress was good quality, the bathroom very clean, breakfast great, but the carpet and floor patterns and the color scheme in the apartment were too bright.

Cheap and fresh, basically at the station, no train noise, but the interior was a bit bland.

Convenient railway station access and nearby food stalls were a plus, but I missed a coffee maker in the room and the gym and laundry facilities are usually part of the hotel at this price point.
