In the evenings there are Japanese‑speaking staff who were very helpful, arranging restaurant info and taxi bookings and even passing the request on to the morning team. We enjoyed the hot‑spring water in the large bathroom tub—it was excellent. There were snacks, beer, banana milk and the like beside the reception, which was a nice touch. The drawback is that the bathroom and wash‑area share the same space, so water from the shower runs into the sink area and leaves the floor wet. When taking a taxi from the airport, it’s better to say “Nokuchon Hotel” rather than “Hot Spring” to avoid confusion.

The staff at this hotel were super friendly and went out of their way to help - really made our stay enjoyable.
