“Pessimo”

The experience was a total disaster and didn’t match the photos on the website. The cleaning was awful, the bed had two broken slats that were apparently taped over with packing tape, the air‑conditioner stopped working after a few hours of stay, the wardrobe drawers were smashed and unusable, the balcony had bird droppings, and the window opening onto the courtyard was only 5 cm away from a motor covered in droppings. We were moved to another room on the same floor that was even worse. The tap water smelled bad, the sink’s siphon leaked, and the drawer beneath the cabinet was broken. When my wife opened the wardrobe, the support pole for the hanging rods snapped and hit her head. The floor‑mounted air‑conditioner didn’t cool the room. The next morning we demanded a full refund of €756.60, which we consider a modest sum for a week of lost vacation time dealing with the problems. We had to spend the first day fixing the issues and then had to find another place to stay, which added stress and wasted time that should have been part of our holiday. We have stayed at your property on Via Cola D’Arienzo 271 more than once, so we can say that we appreciate the service and hospitality you’ve offered in the past, but it’s not something we’ll remember for the future. Everything was very good. Nothing special to note.

The location was fine and the fridge worked. Everything else was bad… the stay turned into a nightmare from check‑in 😫 The room was dirty, the water stayed cold for all five days, there was basically no cleaning—only the trash bin was taken out and the bed was made, but the linens weren’t changed and the floor or tables were never swept. No photos matched reality at all, not even one! There was no wardrobe or dresser, the toilet was dirty, the furniture was worn out, the power went out at night, we looked for a label with the circuit breakers, and in that heat without air‑conditioning it was impossible to breathe. Avoid staying here!

After spending one night at this property, I got itchy bites on my foot and arm that later turned into fluid‑filled blisters, so I had to get medical help while traveling. Even worse, the property didn’t respond at all. I reached out via WhatsApp right after noticing the problem, sent photos, and got no reply. Ignoring a guest who reports a potential health or hygiene issue is unacceptable. A responsible property should at least acknowledge the message, express concern, investigate the room, and inform the guest of the outcome. Instead, I was left without any response. I hope management takes future reports seriously and thoroughly checks rooms so other guests don’t face the same situation. I also hope they improve communication when cleanliness or possible insect problems are raised. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend staying here!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The location and the host’s availability were great, and the outdoor terrace was nice. The room might be a bit small, and the common areas inside were also on the smaller side.
