“Good value for money for budget stay.”

Giovanni was really friendly and helpful; he patiently explained how the three locks worked, which isn’t easy, and he speaks decent English. The bathroom was clean and the air conditioning worked well. The address wasn’t exactly as shown on Booking, there was no sign on the door, so finding it was difficult. There was no window, and the electricity was cut off once after rain for half a night.

The location was good. The accommodation did not match the booking photo; the twin beds were actually bunk beds in a 5 m² space with one mattress on the floor, leaving no room for two people.

The manager Giovanni was extraordinarily helpful and kind. Breakfast was perfect with Italian coffee and very good croissants. The location is great, just a 3‑minute walk from the cathedral. All guests mentioned that the room had no window, but everything else was “perfect.”

L’annonce mentionnait clairement la présence d’un jacuzzi, ce qui faisait partie des équipements proposés dans le logement et a participé à notre choix de réservation. À notre arrivée, nous avons constaté que le jacuzzi était hors service. Nous avons immédiatement signalé le problème et il nous a été indiqué qu’il devait être réparé dans la journée. Or, à ce jour, la réparation n’a pas été effectuée et nous n’avons donc jamais pu profiter de cet équipement. De plus, en consultant les derniers avis laissés sur Booking, je constate que les deux derniers commentaires, datant de juillet et août 2026, signalent également que le jacuzzi était en panne. Cela est particulièrement problématique : le jacuzzi était donc manifestement déjà hors service avant notre réservation, tout en continuant à être mentionné dans l’annonce comme équipement disponible. Nous considérons qu’il s’agit d’une information trompeuse concernant les équipements réellement disponibles dans le logement. Si le jacuzzi ne fonctionne pas depuis plusieurs semaines ou plusieurs mois, il n’est pas normal qu’il continue à être présenté comme un équipement accessible aux voyageurs
