The location was the only positive aspect; the apartment had been badly renovated, everything needed replacement, there was sugar but no coffee, tea, or cups.

The location is the best feature—historic center, quiet street, close to Duomo, The Wharf, the main station, Bellini square, and other central points, walkable everywhere; the small balcony is cozy and nice, the room is small but comfortable with a good bed; it would be nice to have a small fridge in the room to keep drinks cool.

The building is in a great spot, just steps from Corso Umberto I; the room was large, clean, and had air conditioning; however, the rooms are not soundproof and the guests in the adjacent room woke me after midnight by turning on the TV; I would suggest improvements such as replacing the curtain with a blackout one, adding a hairdryer, and putting a rug in the bathroom.
