Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a letdown due to the numerous issues I encountered. The bathroom was in a deplorable state, especially the shower area, which was dirty and unhygienic. The room itself had a terrible musty smell, and my sister experienced an allergic reaction as soon as she entered. This reaction repeated itself when we returned from a short trip to Istanbul, which made it clear that the problem wasn't just a one-time issue.

I want to extend my gratitude to Abdul, who went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His dedication to his work and willingness to help with any issues that arose were truly impressive. The staff were also friendly and courteous, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job of keeping the rooms clean. The internet connection was reliable and fast. However, the rooms themselves were small and in need of renovation.

The hotel's cleanliness was a plus, and its location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and popular tourist spots. However, there were several issues that detracted from our stay. The lighting in the room was poor, and the door lock was broken. The staff seemed uninterested in addressing the problems we encountered, and the breakfast options were limited and repetitive.

Overall, our stay at this hotel was acceptable, with a clean and decent breakfast spread. The staff were polite and courteous, which was a plus. However, the rooms were extremely small, which didn't justify the price we paid. The lack of space made it difficult to relax and feel comfortable in the room.

I was really looking forward to my stay, but unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to my expectations. The location was spot on, but that's where the positives end. The rooms were dirty, the bathroom had a broken shower that flooded the entire space, and the breakfast was just okay. The beds and mattresses were worn out and filthy, and the carpet was disgustingly dirty.
