The view was nice, yet there was no bathroom or toilet, it was filthy, neglected, overgrown with grass and bushes; the barbecue was rusted, there was no way to cook, the bed linens felt like they had been gathered for years. It’s not suitable for children! You feel like a loser, it doesn’t even cost a cent of the high non‑refundable amount I paid. The advertising photo is terribly misleading.

We brought a group of ten and the place was perfect for a party. The only hiccup was the lack of a private toilet – the only ones on campus were in awful condition.

The spot on the coast with a view of the sea and Kaliakra cape sounded great, but the place turned out to be a caravan, not a two‑bedroom apartment. The tiny bathroom was unusable, so we had to book a hotel room for a proper shower and toilet. Directions were wrong, we got lost, and the staff changed the checkout time from 12:30 to 12:00, claiming guests would arrive at 2 p.m. The whole experience felt like a nightmare, especially after seeing the 10‑point reviews from previous guests.

The location is amazing – first‑line, just a minute to the beach, balcony with a sea view. It was a fantastic stay and we’ll definitely come back.
