Every aspect of my stay was outstanding: the hotel’s beauty, elegance, immaculate cleanliness, and comfort were all top‑class, and the service never faltered. The reception staff were especially warm, professional, attentive, and helpful from the moment I arrived, and the complimentary room upgrade was a delightful touch that made the stay even more memorable. The whole team’s hospitality and meticulous attention to detail were flawless.

The place was clean and elegant, but the staff were noticeably short and it took a while to get any assistance.

The breakfast area and the meals themselves were wonderful, but the price was far too high compared to a similar‑rated hotel. There was no hot water in the bathrooms, no large pool—only a kiddie pool—so caution is needed when using the hotel’s internet, as I almost had my computer compromised.
