The place is in a great spot, right on Rennweg, and the small hotel feels cozy. Breakfast tastes good and the variety is decent. The staff are friendly and accommodating, handling changes flexibly. The sauna can be used by a small group. It’s a pity the restaurant closes in the evening, but the hotel’s location offers plenty of other dining options.

A pleasant hotel right on the Rennsteig, the sauna is included, and there’s a self‑serve beverage fridge. Everything was fine.

The rooms are large and very clean, neatly arranged. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is well prepared and nothing is missing. Unfortunately the attached restaurant was closed, but the owner can’t do anything about that.

A bit dated, but everything is tidy and clean, and it’s well maintained. Because it was quiet, there was no restaurant, but there were plenty of options nearby.
