The place was clean, the reception staff were very kind, and the three of them were super friendly. Nothing else to note.

I had an unfortunate accident upon arrival in Paris, and the staff at the New Orient Hotel were exceptionally helpful and supportive throughout my stay. Nothing was too much trouble, and the help offered by Alex and Stephanie was an example of considerate care at its very best. Bravo to both! Nothing else. I recommend this hotel in the highest possible terms.
Everything was fine, great price, good location. I had a backpack, but with bulky luggage the elevator and stairs would be uncomfortable.

This property is absolutely beautiful and has everything you need for an amazing stay. The host, Maurizio, stocked the fridge with breakfast items and water, plus a few snacks and some wine—wow. There was a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, an elevator with just a few stairs, and everything else you might need. The apartment is spacious and clean! Its location is excellent—close to the port and near the meeting spots for all our tours, with nice restaurants nearby. Our host gave us many suggestions for things to do, see, and eat in the area. Beautiful stay. Mark & Kelly, Canada. It was great.
