The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A drunk couple arrived at 2 am and was extremely rowdy despite the intervention of a staff member.

There were no positives to mention; everything was bad, except the staff who were friendly.

The hotel is right next to the arena, easy to get to, offers free parking, and there are several restaurants close by.

The rooms were spacious, but the breakfast service was a disaster – there was only one person handling both the breakfast and reception. By the time I arrived at 8:10, there was no bread, eggs, cheese or pastries left, so after waiting 15 minutes I had to leave. I ended up paying 12€ for a yogurt and a compote, and the bathroom smelled stale.
