Our trip was ruined when we arrived at the hotel, only to be told that our booking had been mistakenly given to a celebrity event. We had traveled a long distance with a group of 8 adults, expecting to be accommodated in 4 rooms, but were left with no choice but to look for alternative arrangements elsewhere.
