The staff were very friendly and tried to help, but the TV didn’t work and couldn’t be fixed, I had two wall lights and a lamp in my room but only one light bulb, the water was lukewarm, and the carpets in the corridors were not attached.

The location is great with easy parking, but a socket for the hair dryer near a mirror would be helpful.

The location was good and the staff were friendly, yet a bad draught came in from the window.

The room was clean and the location was central, but the exterior areas were worn, dirty, and in need of repair; there was no hot water, only one bath towel, the bed was very uncomfortable, and the noise level was high until 2 am. On Friday night I tried messaging and calling, but received only an automated reply and none of the problems were resolved.
