The hotel is very well located next to a shopping mall (the pizza at Spontini is great) and next to the metro. The breakfast is a decent buffet, there’s parking on site, and the hotel has been recently renovated.

After several good stays, this one fell apart: the sheets were apparently greasy, and the floor was a mess all night until about 1 am, then started again at 5:45 am because of a noisy group. I asked some of the group to calm down (some apologized) and requested a room change from reception (understood it might not be possible), but the result was a wasted evening and a sleepless night. A hotel that prides itself on quality should focus on that, not on numbers; otherwise it feels like a hostel. The sheets and cleaning were also disappointing. Milan has many hotels, and this was one of the best—hope to reconsider in the future.

The location was great, but the cleaning left a lot to be desired; I found long black hair in the towels and in the shower.
