The biggest plus of this place is its location in a quiet neighborhood, close to the metro. Other advantages are the very good price per night and easy check‑in at a convenient time. The downside is the bathroom and bedding cleanliness. Also, the shower curtain in the bathroom – plain shower doors would have been more hygienic.

We booked a room for one night. The room itself was fine, and the stay went smoothly. We arrived mainly to sleep and left the room in a clean, organized state with made beds. A few hours after check‑out the owner called me, accusing that the room was left in a very bad condition and that the bedding was soiled with blood. I was very surprised by these accusations, as nothing like that happened. We even intended to extend our stay for two more nights, but after such treatment we completely changed our mind. I rate the room positively, but the way the owner treated us left a very bad impression. Keep this in mind before booking.

The area is quiet and close to my training location, which is nice. The apartment is okay, but the standard is like a workers’ hotel. The bathroom is clean, fairly modern and pretty. The shower curtain sticks to the body and makes showering difficult; without it you slip on the floor. The kitchen is fine, equipment is adequate, especially for a short stay, including paper towels and dish soap. However, the color scheme and lamps give a depressing vibe. The hallway is even gloomier and feels like a storage room. I don’t know about other rooms, but the one I stayed in felt more like a cell than a guest room. Gray lamps deepen that impression. The window curtain doesn’t cover the whole window, so outside light makes sleeping hard. Beds with metal frames also contribute to the cell feel, and their number (2), size and arrangement make moving around difficult. A cheap table, kitchen chair, dresser and a TV that says “no channel access” complete the setup. There’s also a coat rack on the wall. Dust and small trash under the bed show previous guests didn’t clean up. The bed frame is cracked and uneven, making it hard to lie down. The bedding is a plus – clean, fragrant, towels are brand new. The room lacks side lighting or at least a lamp on the windowsill. The overhead light gives little light. The apartment’s acoustics mean you hear every sound from the kitchen or hallway in the room. If more people gather for late Polish conversations, I can’t imagine sleeping. And that’s without parties. The code on the front door prevents extra keys. Clear instructions for the gate and front door make entry easy.
