“Cordial staff with deteriorating service.”
Staff was cordial and welcoming. Shocks experienced after check in:- 1. Buffet was stopped due to low occupancy. 2. Room initially allotted was pathetic, outdated furniture, Crack in washbasin, shabby mirror, though on request staff allotted new Room but didnt updated the key and for every entry staff helped me through master key to get entry. 3 TV was not working, and on request rectified the problem. 4 No toiletries. 5. Water in the packed bottles kept in the room was stinking. All an all above episodes, ruined my stay and was very very disappointed and feel like my money went in vain

The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The hospitality is top-notch, and it really makes a big difference to your stay.

We were really close to the main road, which was a big plus, but unfortunately, the hotel itself was a letdown. It's an old hotel that's in desperate need of a renovation, and the price we paid was way too steep for what we got. It was just a below-average experience all around.

Our honeymoon was ruined by the hotel's subpar service and facilities. The room wasn't cleaned properly, the linen was scratchy, and the bathroom reeked of something awful. To make matters worse, the accommodation didn't match what we were promised, and the breakfast was a disaster – the food was bland, and the drinks tasted like cheap flavorings. We ended up leaving early and complaining to the management, but we didn't get any compensation for the lost night.
