We received an upgrade and were directed to the upper building, where we enjoyed a breathtaking view from a large, beautiful balcony.
“Incantevole”
The location is beautiful with a lake view, the lady who runs it is very kind, and breakfast is exceptional. The only downside is that the room only has a fan and it gets very hot.

The location is lovely with a great lake view, but breakfast could be a bit fresher and more varied.
The lake view is wonderful, and the staff are super friendly; breakfast was great. However, we had to pass through the hallway to reach the bathroom, though that wasn’t a big issue since the building only has three rooms.
We found this place by accident while searching on Booking for a short stay by Lake Garda, looking for a nice B&B with a lake view. The atmosphere feels relaxed, far from everyday chaos; the room is charming, well‑furnished, and clean, as is the rest of the accommodation. A bonus is being able to have breakfast in the garden overlooking the lake. I liked everything! Everything was perfect!
