The staff, location and cleanliness were pleasant, and they went out of their way to make me comfortable by giving me spare slippers, getting medicine for me, and being very cordial; the location is ideal if you’re coming for a US visa and I was happy with how convenient it was. However, the network connectivity was a problem – my Vodafone signal didn’t work and their Wi‑Fi was poor; the food was not good, I had asked for non‑spicy food and they couldn’t prepare it, and I wish they had made a simple, non‑spicy dish without too much oil or food coloring.
