The staff were attentive and available; every day they clean and change towels. The bedding is good quality. The beds made a lot of noise because of the mattress protector, and I requested pillow changes because the ones I received were ball‑shaped; they were replaced immediately. They only left one small water bottle per room, but at least two are needed. I suggest leaving one glass. The fan wasn’t enough to cool the room.
