The picnic basket was amazing, everything else was great. The pool was not heated and unsuitable for a swim, and the outdoor areas and gardening need more attention.

The location was good, breakfast was decent, the room size was fine, and there’s a nice pool. The hotel is outside the city but still close. The staff were quite cold in their service, the prices are high for a town with little tourist traffic, and the facilities are basic. They offer tour packages, but they’re expensive and only drop significantly when negotiated.

The place is spot‑on for getting around – right in the middle of everything. The only let‑down is the so‑called “mountain‑view” rooms; there’s literally no view at all.

This hotel nails the location – just a short walk to downtown and all the main tours. Breakfast was solid, and Jessica at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. The little kitchen next to reception with a microwave was a nice touch, and I couldn’t find anything to complain about.
