The location is great, as are the facilities and rooms. The jacuzzi and pool overlooking the city are fantastic. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Rupesh and Kyushu.

This calm oasis in Kathmandu has a perfect sauna and pool area, modern rooms, and a great breakfast. They served everything I’d missed in Asian hotels, even real bread for breakfast. The staff is super‑friendly and gives a homestay vibe. I experienced this from start to finish across all areas of the hotel. Thank you so much.

It’s now my fifth visit to this wonderful luxury hotel. Whenever I travel around Nepal, I return to this oasis of silence and friendly atmosphere. From the security team to the restaurant staff, the sauna, pool, and fitness room attendants, and the reception people, everyone makes you feel like a homestay with friends. Thank you to the entire team—Ishan, Sagar, Sarun, Khusbhu, Aayusha, Sostika, and Ronish.

This new, stylish hotel sits right in the heart of Thameln, right where tourists want to be without long taxi rides. The whole concept—excellent service, friendly staff, and a relaxing spa area—kept me coming back. It was my fourth visit. I love that the reception remembers my last room number and gives me the same room, that the restaurant staff know my preferences, and that the spa staff talk to me privately. The rooms are always clean—just a wonderful experience.
