I booked the hotel 20 days in advance, but when I checked in the hotel was fully occupied and the receptionist assigned my room to another guest. Thanks to customer care, I was moved to a different hotel without any extra charges.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Aavaas; the room was spotless and cozy, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for visiting Puri sea beach and the Jagannath temple, so I’d gladly return and highly recommend this hotel.
