When I called to change my stay because my family’s hospital visit was moved up three days, the staff never answered directly; they forwarded the call to the management office, who then told me to call the hotel again, passing the responsibility around. In the end, nothing was resolved.

The bathtub in the bathroom was freshly replaced and spotless. However, carrying many bags up the stairs to the second floor was tough, and every time I left the room I had to inform the front desk, which was inconvenient for someone who moved in and out a lot—something I’d never experienced in a love hotel. Also, the TV’s orientation and the way the bed is positioned made it hard to see the screen from the bed.
