The rooms were large, had private balconies, and included secure parking. However, we found a lot of rubbish on the outside of our balcony, and the pool lacked shade and felt too exposed to people eating at the tavern.

The manager was very friendly and knowledgeable.

The location was nice, the bar and meals were good, and the service was also good. The room was too cramped, with no chair for the desk. Restaurant food was tasty but expensive, and specials were only offered for two nights.

A good choice if you’re staying in Derby. The location is convenient, the food is good, and the staff are friendly. The rooms were clean and modern, and parking was secure.
