The location, staff, and pools were great, but the buffet food was mostly cold.

The pool and dining were positives, yet the hotel felt very neglected, especially the rooms with dampness and defects, and it was super old-fashioned.

The food and pools were good, and the deluxe family room was very nice and spacious, but the location was a drawback.

Clean, varied meals, and good staff treatment, but smokers were rolling joints in the smoking area and the bathroom taps needed replacement.
