Bed and Breakfast Napoli Centro storico

The location is amazing, right in the middle of the sights and buzzing with activity. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower head was large and the water pressure was excellent. Towels and bed linen were good. Natasha handled all communication flawlessly; she was friendly, pleasant, and very helpful, replying quickly to texts. I could use the coffee machine and water at any time during the day. A kettle or boiling water would have been nice. I heard some street traffic the first night, but after a few minutes I settled in and slept well the next two nights.

The location is very central. The staff were very attentive and Enzo was very friendly. It does what it’s supposed to do. The elevator didn’t work, but since it was only two floors, it wasn’t a big deal.

The location is fantastic—right in the heart where you find the most popular places to visit, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. The downside was the lack of air conditioning during breakfast; the corridor is set up for breakfast, but the heat and no ventilation made it a bit of a drawback.
