“Me decepcionei”
The room was decent and the location was good. The fridge bar didn't cool properly, the TV signal was weak with few channels like Senado, and the chair was broken. I had to call a taxi to make a reservation; when I arrived the driver told me to walk because it was close, so I did. Later my wife asked for a taxi to meet me, the driver again said walk, she was scared of getting lost and almost begged, and during the ride she complained about the destination. I guess the trip was short; I asked them to notify me if a taxi was booked, but they didn't, so I didn't like the service. The coffee machine was out of water and if it was turned on it could burn.
