“Maravilloso”

Without a doubt, the best hotel on our entire Sri Lanka trip. The room was very comfortable, spacious, and most importantly impeccably clean. The cleanliness throughout the property is excellent and deserves special mention. The owners were incredibly kind and attentive at all times. They helped us rent a scooter, did our laundry, and even welcomed us with a fresh coconut each, a detail we loved. I’m very grateful to have spent our last two nights in Sri Lanka at this hotel. It was the best way to end an unforgettable trip. I recommend it 100%! Everything was great.

“Perfekt”

Highly recommended! The rooms and facilities are in top condition, everything is very clean, and the people there are very caring. The proximity to the beach and various local spots is also simply great. We would return and wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation! Nothing was missing.

The family owners welcomed us with tea and ice cream on arrival, and the room was roomy, clean, and tidy. Outside there’s a nice seating area to unwind, and one afternoon after we returned from the beach they handed us a big bowl of fresh fruit—a thoughtful touch! We used the laundry service, which was great, and the place is quiet, away from the main busy road, so you’ll sleep soundly.

“Une chambre simple avec un bon rapport qualité/prix et un excellent emplacement”

The welcome was excellent in this guest‑house where you’re taken care of in a simple way. The big plus is its quiet location, tucked away from city bustle, in a shaded lane just steps from “Turtle Beach” (the famous spot where you often see turtles) and “Coconut Tree Hill”. We took a pleasant walk on foot that extended the Mirissa beach to the port (a very pretty harbor with boats of all colors). Along the way we passed Parrot Rock and enjoyed the lively, relaxed feel of this charming seaside town. The beach bars line up, each with its own vibe. In the evening fishermen come to display their colorful catches (beautiful langoustines, reef fish) for sale. The ground‑floor room was spacious, with simple but effective amenities. It opens onto a lovely garden planted with fruit trees frequented by many birds. The bathroom was decent and very clean. The bedding was good, and (very appreciated) they provided a mosquito‑repellent plug. Our hosts offered to arrange a whale‑watching safari at a very attractive price. We declined because we had already booked elsewhere, but keep in mind they could organize yours. We saw a whale and many dolphins—quite a treat. We recommend this place without reservation!
