The room was cozy, well‑furnished, clean, and equipped with everything needed. Walking with luggage was very tiring because there is a steep uphill road. The owner was kind but difficult to reach; she didn’t answer the phone. The rooms were not sound‑proof; with the connecting door you hear everything the neighbours do.

The location is great, next to the historic centre and a 20‑minute walk from the San Marco waterfront. The lady is very discreet and kind. Nice place! The room always smelled of cigarette; I’m not sure if the previous guests smoked. Also the rooms are not sound‑proof; the neighbour had an alarm at 7 am, and on the first day I had to wake him up to turn it off; later you can hear if someone is sleeping heavily or going to the bathroom. In short, zero privacy. I hope they do something because it’s a shame for the people who work there. Another note: the breakfast is in a partnered café, all the staff are nice for the sake of it, but don’t expect anything beyond a croissant with coffee/cappuccino. Honestly, it’s a breakfast you do if you’re forced to, and from a B&B I always expect a homemade breakfast.

Breakfast was top, private parking was great, and the property is easily reachable from the centre. The room was clean overall. The structure was very basic – we had to buy toilet paper and shower gel ourselves – and the rooms are poorly sound‑proofed.

The place was dirty, rooms were communicating with other guests’ rooms, the sheets were not changed, and dead mosquitoes were stuck to the mirror. Absolutely do not go.
