“Das Geld nicht wert.”
The room was old, the bathroom needed renovation with mold, scratched fixtures, and damaged tiles. The breakfast concept was awful, staff were too few, and the sausage and cheese platters were soulless.

The large room had plenty of storage, was clean but impersonal. The hotel had a restaurant, which was part of my decision, yet it was closed in August, forcing me to go out in the evening for dinner.

The room was okay, but there was no option for dinner or a drink at the bar.
“Leider nicht so schön wie gedacht. Viel Luft nach oben.”
The location was central, the room air‑conditioning worked perfectly, and the rooms were clean. We found a parking spot in front of the building every day. The area has several nice spots across all price ranges. The breakfast was already criticized elsewhere, but the price and selection were terrible. Staff took orders manually and then typed them into the computer, adding an extra step that wasted time. Everyone received a bread basket with rolls and/or bread, regardless of preference. The food quality was okay. The restaurant was closed during our stay, which could have been communicated before arrival. Our room smelled like a drain. The rooms were no larger than 20 sqm. The bathroom was extremely small. The shower door hit the toilet and was leaking, so half the bathroom flooded after each shower. The bed had a faux‑leather top that peeled and curled into the bed. The sauna was well built, but the roof terrace was very dirty. The grass in the tubs was withered because apparently no one tended the lawn. It seemed the management didn't care about the property, which is a shame given the otherwise beautiful house.
