The location is perfect, right on the beach and promenade. I should have called when we arrived so a colleague could help us. She had no time, didn’t know which apartment was mine, and the keys were in two different units—luckily I found the right one. The landlord told me someone would come that evening to collect payment, but after almost an hour nobody showed up. I messaged him and asked for a new appointment and assistance because the Wi‑Fi wasn’t working. The next day the cash payment was handled without a receipt. The Wi‑Fi still didn’t work, and the colleague couldn’t help; she contacted the landlord, who promised to sort it out but didn’t. In short: no Wi‑Fi, a constant unpleasant odor from the drain and dampness, sometimes only cold water, and an unreliable landlord.
