I didn’t feel hot outside even though it was over 30 degrees, and the price is good compared to other hotels; the mattress needs to be replaced because it’s sagging and a bit dirty, but everything else is very good.

The staff were amazing and very professional, but the washrooms could use some renovation.

It’s close to the center, yet the cleanliness was poor—everything was untidy, I was given a smoking room even though I asked for non‑smoking, I was charged for early check‑in, the place was not maintained at all, and the washrooms were as nasty as a public one.
